Orders will either be completed through our shop page using the secure payment method of PayPal, credit or debit card or ApplePay.
Please note that every effort is make to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
I Do Fancy respects your privacy and email addresses will only be used to discuss designs, confirm orders and provide dispatch confirmation. All personal data provided (names, address, contact phone number, email address.) will be stored on our secure website system. You may request for your personal data to be deleted and also request to be sent any data currently being stored with the option to amend this. We only collect the data we need to ensure safe delivery of your order to you. No personal data is shared. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
Engraved items: For any personalised (engraved) charms we cannot accept returns.
Payment is needed in full before your order will reach the processing stage. Cancellation of your order, or changes to the details for your order can be made upon request, however cannot be completed if your order is already undergoing customisation. We recommend getting in contact to make changes to or cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.
I Do Fancy have the right to cancel any orders and withdraw any offers at any time.

How much is delivery?
International customers are responsible for all duty and tariff fees associated with the order.
Although we aim to deliver our products on time, please note that delivery times are an estimation. We can not be held liable due to third party couriers.
Your online purchase can be returned within 14 days of delivery (unless it has been engraved*), as long as it meets the following guidelines:
1. There are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn.
2. Invoice number is included on the box.
3. I Do Fancy will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
4. Please note your original delivery costs will not be refunded.
5. You are responsible for return delivery cost.
All engraved pins are non-refundable.

5. Please allow us 2 to 5 days to issue refund after I Do Fancy receive your return items.
